C&C Baking
This is a web-site I designed for my niece and her friend who do Christmas baking each November/December.
Though their needs were fairly simple, I also created an online shopping component for them in order to help make it easier for them to take orders.
As they have tried to expand into more seasonal baking occasions and also custom orders, the site has adapted to meet their growing needs.
ccbaking.tk is built in WordPress using a number of plugins to help create the store and the custom orders form.
Summerland Pentecostal Church
This church was looking for something that looked good but that would be easy to update and maintain. Working with the pastors of the church I was able to create the look that they wanted and using WordPress, I was able to make a site that is relatively easy to maintain.
In addition, I helped them set up an easy to update calendar system for the site by integrating with Google Calendar.
John B. Improvements
John B. Improvements wanted a site that would show off their work. Describing in words is one thing, but being able to actually show what you can do is so much better. Like the old saying, “a picture is worth a thousand words”.
Using hundreds of photos and a carefully planned out slide-show, this site provides potential clients with lots of good information as to why they should choose John B. Improvements.
Okanagan Trees & Penticton Trees
These two sites (okanagantrees.com & pentictontrees.com) were among my first professional sites, and the client was very pleased with how quickly they began getting results.
Building the site attract clientele for a relatively narrow, yet competitive niche, I was able to have my client’s site ranking at or near the top of search results for the chosen target phrases is a matter of days. This also resulted in business being generated through the sites very quickly.
